Coming by Train?

Not a problem! Great Western Rail operates a direct train line from London Paddington to Penzance. The journey takes approximately 5 and a half hours and is a great way to take in stunning rural landscapes and coastal views.  Penzance station is a 10-minute drive from Sancreed House, you can either rent a car or have a taxi collect you. Ask us about our transportation booking service, should you require extra assistance.

By Plane

Newquay airport is only 1 hour away. At the airport, you can rent a car from a number of rental car providers operating within the airport terminal including Car Hire, Europcar, Hertz. 

Exeter airport is 121 miles away – a bit more than 2 hours by car. You can take the train to Penzance on Great Western Rail.

And of course, you can fly into Heathrow, take the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station, and from there to Penzance station with GWR.

Via International Ferry

There are direct ferry services from Mainland Europe to Plymouth operated by Brittany Ferries. You can travel from Caen, St Malo, Cherbourg, Roscoff, and Le Havre in France, and from Bilbao and Santander in Spain. The drive from the port of Plymouth to Sancreed House is a little under 2 hours.
